3. User Responsibility

• You must not use the service for illegal purposes.

4. Free Preview

Free previews are provided for demonstration purposes only and may be incomplete or inaccurate.

5. Payment

Payments are processed via third-party providers (e.g., Stripe). All purchases are final subject to the refund policy below.

We reserve the right to change pricing, plans, and features at any time.

Any price changes will not affect purchases that have already been completed. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time of purchase.

For subscription services, any price changes will take effect from the next billing cycle. We may provide notice of such changes where required by applicable law.

6. Delivery

• the website is deployed.

7. Refund Policy

You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase.

However, you lose your right to a refund once you access or download the generated website files.

By downloading or accessing the files, you acknowledge that:

• the product is digital content;
• delivery has been completed;
• your right of withdrawal is lost.

8. Hosting

We may provide optional hosting services. We do not guarantee uptime or uninterrupted availability. Non-payment may result in suspension.

9. AI Limitations

Generated websites may contain errors or inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing the output before use.

You retain rights to your original content.

We retain rights to our technology, platform, and systems.

11. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any damages, including business loss, SEO loss, or data issues.

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for misuse or non-payment.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain.
